FROM NY VIA HOLLAND TUNNEL

FROM SOUTH NJ AREA TO JERSEY CITY
Take Garden State Parkway North to exit 140 to Route 22 East then from Route 1 & 9 North. Follow the signs to Holland Tunnel. Make a right turn on Manila Avenue. Continue south. Make a left turn onto Christopher Columbus Drive. One Evertrust Plaza is on your left.

OR

Take NJ Turnpike to exit 14C, Holland Tunnel. After paying toll, get off at Christopher Columbus Drive exit. Proceed straight through traffic light, road will bend to the right, (Christopher Columbus Drive). Continue going straight (approximately 7-8 traffic lights), One Evertrust Plaza is on your left.

FROM NORTH OF NJ AREA TO JERSEY CITY
Take Rt 46 East to Rt 3 East to US 1&9 towards Jersey City. Take Jersey City's Manhattan Avenue exit. Make a right onto JFK Blvd. (Kennedy Blvd). Make a left onto Observer Highway, continue:

A) down ramp towards Holland Tunnel, make right onto Manila Avenue, make left on to Bay Street and a right onto Warren Street. One Evertrust Plaza is on your right.

B) towards Holland Tunnel, before down ramp, exit right onto Palisade Avenue. Make left onto Newark Avenue. At end of Newark Avenue, make right turn onto Manila Avenue. Make left onto Christopher Columbus Drive. One Evertrust Plaza is on your left.

For reference, the neighboring lots surrounding the building are under construction. At any given time, the JCPD can block vehicular traffic for safety reasons. For your refence, other streets leading to Christopher Columbus Drive are Washington Street, Morgan Street, Pearl Street and Bay Street will lead you to Washington Street within immediate vicinity of One Evertrust Plaza.

One Evertrust Plaza is surronded by Christopher Coulumbus Drive, Warren Street, Washington Street and Steuben Street.

Local road rush traffic may take 30 to 40 minutes to navigate.
